(NewsDakota.com) – It was the annual “Dig Pink” night at Jerry Meyer Arena as the Jamestown Blue Jay volleyball team helped raise money and awareness for cancer. The Jays welcomed in Minot and swiftly made quick work of the Magi in straight sets (25-18, 25-9, 25-19).

Both teams donned pinked jersey’s in the match. The Jamestown High football and volleyball teams announced they raised more than $9,000 in a friendly competition for a large trophy.

Jays will host Legacy on Tuesday as they continue WDA play.
