CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Forester Willis Wagar gave the city an update on the removal process of trees with Dutch Elm disease in the city.

Wagar also reminded city residents about the importance of picking up leaves this fall after a leaf blight was spotted on several different tree varieties this year in Valley City.
