N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Winners were announced in the 12th annual North Dakota Governor’s Photo Contest.

Lt. Governor Drew Wrigley presented the winners and honorable mentions during a ceremony in Memorial Hall of the North Dakota Capitol building. Categories including adventure, attraction, and scenery were given out to numerous photographers in the state.

One local winner was Lacey Kaiser from Streeter, N.D won in the “Events Category” for her photo entitled “Waving Old Glory”. Best of show went to Katherine Plessner of Verona, N.D. for her photo entitled “Teddy’s Cabin”.
