CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The city of Valley City has an incentive for residents to replace their old light bulbs with more energy efficient ones.

City Administrator David Schelkoph talked to Ingstad Family Media reporter Steve Urness about the city campaign and the rebate incentive for each light bulb replaced.

The city is in the process of dropping off more information about this incentive program in blue bags with a light bulb inside the bag door to door in Valley City.

The incentive program is part of the Bright Energy Solutions Save Energy Save Money.
