N.D. (NewsDakota.com) –  The Valley City Hi-Liner boys and girls cross country teams competed in the Central Cass Invitational yesterday. The meet was held at the Casselton Golf Course. The girls varsity team placed 1st out of 14 teams, while the boys varsity team finished 6th out of 14 teams.
