CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After three straight Eastern Dakota Conference wins, the Valley City Hi-Liner volleyball team will now host the 2015 Valley City Optimist Volleyball Tournament. 

Valley City will start at 8 a.m. on Saturday against Finley-Sharon/Hope-Page.
