N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A New Rockford man that has been accused of murder and attempted murder at the New Rockford Eagles Club on Sunday, September 6th has been charged.

David Troske made his first appearance on Thursday in Southeast District Court in Jamestown. He was charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and carrying a firearm into an establishment that serves alcohol. Troske made his appearance on the same day that a funeral was held for 41 year-old Donnie Perleberg of Pingree.

Mary Seiler, another victim of the shooting, remains hospitalized at a care unit in Bismarck.
