N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Hi-Liner cross country teams headed to Grafton yesterday for the Grafton Invitational Cross Country Meet. Twelve teams competed at the Fair Oaks Golf Course. The Girls team finished first at the meet, while the boys came in fifth.
