CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Capital improvement projects, permanent flood protection work and record enrollment are welcome news this year as Valley City State University celebrates 125 years as an institution that plays a positive role in North Dakota.

President Dr. Tisa Mason visited with Ingstad Family Media reporter Steve Urness on his Voice of the Valley Show to talk about a number of topics including her inauguration, the 125th celebration and the status of several remodeling projects under construction on the VCSU campus.

Dr. Tisa Mason’s inauguration is set for Thursday, October 1st to coincide with the Homecoming festivities set for October 2nd & 3rd.

The 125th celebration will be held October 13th with a number of fun activities to be held on the VCSU campus.
