N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On June 26th, the Jamestown Regional Medical Center welcomed new Speech-Language Pathologist Becca Gussiaas to their staff.
Originally from Carrington, she attended Minnesota State University Moorhead for her undergrad and graduate degrees. Gussiass stated she decided to go into speech pathology to make a difference in patients’ lives.
Becca’s areas of specialty include stuttering, problems with swallowing, language delay, autism and Asperger’s. The speech therapy rehab departments at the JRMC work to promote carryover of treatment plans to promote the best quality of life possible.
