CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The first full day of classes at Valley City State University starts Tuesday, August 25.

VCSU president Dr. Tisa Mason said the university maybe looking at record enrollment this fall. But parking on campus is going to be a headache due to the flood wall construction work. Mason said we are working on the parking lot situation.

The first phase of the permanent flood wall construction project is underway on the VCSU campus.
