Marshall Dunwoodie, 24, Jamestown, ND, passed away August 2, 2015 at his home in Jamestown, ND.

Cody was born October 8, 1990, at Jamestown, ND, the son of Tim Dunwoodie and Lori (Else) Dunwoodie. He received his education at the Jamestown public schools and graduated from Jamestown High School in 2008.

He enlisted in the National Guard in 2008. Due to injuries received from a moped accident, he was unable to serve.

Cody loved fast and fancy cars, but had to have a manual transmission. He also had a love for music, especially his trumpet. His favorite thing in life was fishing. He loved to fish behind his Grandma Mayda’s back yard.

These memories of Cody will be lovingly cherished by his many friends and family.

He is survived by his parents, Larry and Lori Hoff, Jamestown, ND; 2 sisters, Amber Erdahl, Jamestown, ND and Kylie Hoff, Jamestown, ND; 2 brothers, Wade Erdahl, South Bend, IN and Braxton Hoff, Jamestown, ND; grandparents, Elleanor Dunwoodie, Jamestown, ND, Mayda and Niles Mueller, Jamestown, ND and Genevieve Hoff, Jamestown, ND; and also a special friend, Andria Nagel, Jamestown, ND.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tim, and 3 grandfathers, Robert Dunwoodie, Julius Hoff, and George Else.

Funeral service – 10:30 am Thursday morning, August 6, 2015 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Jamestown, ND, with Rev. Arlyn Coalter, officiating

Interment – Sacred Heart Cemetery at Fried, ND

Visitation – 4 – 7 Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the Haut Funeral Chapel in Jamestown, ND

Prayer Service – 7:00 PM Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the Haut Funeral Chapel in Jamestown
