CITY, ND (NewsDakota.com) A BEK Communications sign up promotion benefited three area school districts. BEK donated per customer during the sign-up promotion to the school district of their choice earlier this year.

The Valley City School District received $15,850 dollars. Superintendent Dean Koppelman said Technology Director Brian Kriewald suggested using the money to purchase a newer van.

St. Catherine’s Elementary School received $4,300 from the BEK Communications promotion. Principal Jason Stangeland said the money will be used for tuition assistance.

And the Maple Valley School District received a check for $2,200 from BEK Communication. Superintendent Brian Wolf said the money will be used to purchase items for the Oriska School.
