CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Barnes County has a new Social Services Director.

Rick Bolonchuk has worked in the mental health services industry in Minot, Jamestown and most recently for the state of Colorado. He told commissioners that the department is solid with a number of good professional people.

Bolonchuk replaces Social Services Director Candy Huss who will retire at the end of the month. Huss worked 37 years for Barnes County Social Services.
