CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) A semi hauling two combines on a trailer had problems in a construction zone west of Valley City today around 7:35am.

Traffic was at a slow crawl on the westbound lane of Interstate 94 after the semi driver stopped to avoid a construction barrier just west of Valley City.

Authorities worked to clear the scene over a 3 hour period to remove the semi, trailer and two combines. The Highway Patrol issued a citation to the driver of semi hauling those combines. Here are a few photos from the incident taken by Steve Urness.
