(NewsDakota.com) – Just a few weeks after Tim Fletcher’s surprising resignation the Jamestown Blue Jays have a new head football coach. Bill Nelson will take over the program that has seen quite a turnaround in the past few seasons.
Nelson was the special teams coordinator and is currently in charge of the Blue Jay’s strength and conditioning. He has prior head coaching experience at Barnes Country North and was an assistant at Aberdeen Central.
Jamestown will open their season on August 28th at Grand Forks Central. You can listen to all Blue Jay football games on ESPN Jamestown.
