N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Central Valley Health is continuing to seek participation in their survey to better understand the needs of the community and to work better with other organizations.
According to Unit Administrator Robin Iszler, the purpose of the Community Health Partnership is to provide effective, quality health and safety services in an environment that enables community members to reach their full potential through assessment, leadership and partnerships. Tami Dillman with CVH stated that the assessment isn’t just another survey for residents to complete.
The initial assessment shows what the community members experience that affects health in the county. CVH has teamed up with the Jamestown Regional Medical Center in order to better outline an action plan and find the county health rankings.
There is still need for individuals to participate in the survey. You can click here to take it. To read the full report, click here.
