ND – 239 Members experienced a power outage in the Page area this morning.  Voltage trouble started around 7:30 am and an outage was necessary for all members at 8:30 am with all power being restored by 9:50 am.

The outage was caused by a bad insulator in the substation, and another outage might be necessary to make the final repair.
