CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Several charges are pending against two men in Valley City. One man allegedly discharged a weapon in city limits following an altercation with another man around 2:20 AM Sunday morning in Valley City.

A spent .45 caliber cartridge was found in an alley between 4th and 5th Avenue Northeast. It’s believed that the firearm was discharged during an altercation. No one was injured.
