N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A continuing investigation into theft of storage units in Jamestown has led to charges being filed against four individuals.
Charges were filed on May 28th against Casey Allan Tice, 38, Cassie Hatch, 30, Barrett Hieb, 26, and William Billingsley, 28, after multiple reported thefts of personal storage units in the community. Jamestown Police and the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office worked with law enforcement agencies in Minnesota, where a majority of the recovered items were discovered.
Tice allegedly broke into 25 storage units between August 2014 and April 2015 with help from Hatch, Hieb and Billingsley at different times. Authorities were able to find Tice through community information. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
