CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) A Bismarck dealership purchased Perkins Inc of Valley City.

The sale is visible after Perkins paper license plate ads on used and new vehicles were replaced with Puklich Chevrolet signs.

Owner Jerry Perkins said all the employees now working in Valley City will remain on the job. He said more details about the sale will be released in the near future.

Perkins Inc has been operating as a Valley City GM dealership for 38 years. Before that the dealership was owned by the Christianson family.
