JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Work on the new rural water tower near Titan Machinery is nearing completion.

On Friday, June 5th, crews were putting on the final pieces of the planned tower. Work began earlier this year in February and two thirds of the project has been covered by federal grant money. The $1.8 million tower is only costing the Stutsman County Rural Water District $580,000 to build it.

The 600,000-gallon water tower will provide needed storage to a system that is expanding.
