CITY, ND – A company is pursuing a plan to build more affordable homes in Valley City and throughout the region.

The housing market is tight in Valley City and several companies are slowly building more homes in the community to meet the demand.

One of those companies is Singleton Building. Sales and Marketing Manager Tyler Rupp said the company is working to build affordable homes in this area.
