N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The next couple of days are showing some potential for stimulating weather across Southwestern and South Central North Dakota this weekend.

According to the Bismarck National Weather Service, thunderstorms will occur through a majority of the weekend with heavy rains possible. Storms have the potential to become more severe through Saturday and Saturday evening. Then things get chilly when a frost advisory may occur with lows dipping into the Mid 30’s to Upper 20’s for Sunday evening.

According to Dickey County Emergency Manager Charlie Russell, there’s already been significant water issues in the state. The conditions could change road conditions as we head into the weekend, so stay up to date with the latest.
