Below summary was written by Teacher Carol Foth about Pat Edinger.

She said Pat has been a great help with Valley City Junior High and Senior High Drama.
Although his own daughters have long since graduated, Pat continues to be the videographer for all our performances, not for just one performance per production, but
every matinee’ and evening performances for easily the past 10 years.

Pat indicated he is ready, willing and able to help VCHS Drama for the next production. Additionally, being it has become tradition for the cast and crew to watch the taped Saturday night performance at the pizza party that evening, it has fallen to Pat to make sure it happens. So after each final performance, Pat sticks around to ensure the cast and crew experiences that enjoyable opportunity.

Pat’s appreciation for education and student involvement does not stop at the theater doors. Pat and his family continue to support the Hi-Liners at both artistic and athletic events, indicating Pat believes the school is the backbone of a productive community. Also his employment with Dietrich Bus Service makes him no stranger to a vast majority of the students.

Pat can call many of the students by name and will carry on a conversation with a student whether it be a kindergartener, or high school senior.

In general Pat is a wonderful citizen of the community, but in particular he has proven he is one of Valley City Public Schools most valuable assets.
