CITY, ND – Two men questioned the pledge and loan process concerning the proposed Valley City Health, Wellness and Physical Education Center.

Keith Colville asked the Barnes County Commission whether any bank would conduct business in this fashion without having the pledges in place.

Jack Ertelt asked commission president Cynthia Schwehr if the commission would monitor the loan process before moving forward.
