CITY, ND – Spring load restrictions have been lifted on all county asphalt roads with the exception of Barnes County Road 17s (Old #1.)

Restrictions of 6 ton per axle and 35 miles per hour will remain in effect on all Barnes County gravel roads until further notice.

Meanwhile the North Dakota DOT has lifted load restrictions south of and including ND Highway 200 to the South Dakota border for south central and southeastern sections of North Dakota.

Motorists need to check current load restrictions to determine which load restrictions remain in effect.
