N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Regional Medical Center has received high ratings in the first time star ratings on hospitals by Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

The Hospital Compare star ratings relate to a patients’ experience of care. The ratings are provided through surveys and include topics such as how well nurses and doctors communicated with patients, how clean the environments were and how well patients were prepared for a post-hospital setting. According to a release, the JRMC received a 5 star rating overall and a 4 star rating in recommending the hospital.
