N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Four faculty members with the University of Jamestown recently collaborated on a paper presented at the Midwest Instruction and Computing Symposium in Grand Forks.
Donald Heier, Kathryn Lemm, Mary Reed, and Erik Sand present their paper titled ‘Integration of Mathematical Concepts in the Computer Science, Information Technology and Management Information Science Curriculum.’ The paper outlines recent changes to majors and minors offered by the department of computer science and technology.
The MICS conference was held April 10th and 11th at the University of North Dakota and had higher education participants across the five-state region of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
