N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It was a strong showing at the National Level of competition for the Jamestown LifeSmarts team as they took home 8th place honors this past weekend.

The team advanced to the quarterfinals during the 2015 National Championship in Seattle before losing to Rhode Island with a final score of 175 points to 129 points. The Jamestown team was representing North Dakota as a whole and were in eighth place after the weekend’s competition.

Members of the team were Kelsey Becker, Andrew Breidenbach, Sierra Schlenker, Jessica Vandal, and Dan Reimers. Marchel Krieger is the team’s coach.
