(NewsDakota.com) – The Jimmie baseball took a detour from NSAA play to head to Aberdeen to play Northern State on Thursday and they won a high-scoring affair, 24-22. Jamestown scored 13 times in the 4th inning and held on for dear life down the stretch.
Tyler Ludlow hit three home runs and drove in five runs in the nine-inning game.
Jamestown will get back to action on Saturday when they host Dakota State at Jack Brown Stadium. The first pitch will be thrown around 1pm on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday. Both days will be doubleheaders, weather permitting.
