Red Flag Warnings are issued when critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. With the possibility of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures, extreme fire behavior is possible today. Dickey and Foster County Emergency Managers are warning residents in Red Flag Warning counties to be aware of any burning restrictions in the area.

The Bismarck National Weather Service is urging individuals to reconsider controlled burning today.
