N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The proposed Two Rivers Activity Center is gaining steam and will be having a special election to determine if a one percent City Sales Tax will be imposed to help build and operate the $40 million facility.
What does this mean for James River Family Fitness? Executive Director Frank Conlin explains.
If the sales tax is approved, James River Family Fitness will move all of their equipment and staff to the new center. The reason for doing so is not only for a larger location for their growing classes, but also because of the growth of the University of Jamestown athletics.
Informational public meetings are being scheduled for the public to learn more about TRAC and what it will bring to the community if the sales tax is approved. Frank Conlin wanted to point out the importance and benefits that it will bring to Jamestown.
