N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Nearly 2,100 participants made their way to Jamestown for the 37th Annual Runnin O’ The Green in Jamestown on Saturday, March 14th.

The annual run raises funds for Camp Grassick and cancer patients every year. With the pub crawl usually comes criminal activity and the Jamestown Police Department was kept busy throughout the entire day. Nearly 40 total arrests were made throughout the day, a majority of which were unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Other arrests included urinating in public, drug arrests, concealed weapon arrest. Only one DUI was given during the run and one injury accident occurred that involved a pedestrian according to Police Chief Scott Edinger.
