(NewsDakota) An individual crashed the vehicle they were driving into an Oakes Convenience store on Monday evening.

Oakes Police Chief Marke Roberts says the crash happened shortly after 5 p.m. Monday at Farmland Ampride, located at the corner of North Dakota Highway 1 and Main Avenue in Oakes. The driver of the vehicle, who has yet to be named by police, crashed the vehicle through the north walking entrance of the store.

Roberts says there were no injuries in the Monday evening incident, and the investigation is continuing.
