CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) During the final Valley City Boys basketball game on February 20th, the Hi-Liner’s booster club announced Ken Henningsgard the Hi-Liners fan of the year.  

Henningsgard, is an avid Hi-Liners fan and weather it be at Hannah Field or Hi-Liner Activity Center no matter the level of play junior high or high school Ken can always be found cheering on VCHS.

The Booster’s Club would like to thank Ken for his all his support.
