N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An accident involving Councilman Charlie Kourajian occurred Sunday at around 7:00 PM according to the Jamestown Police Department.

20 year-old Krista Thielges of Jamestown was traveling North on railroad drive East when she took a curve to fast and side-swiped 84 year-old Charlie Kourajian’s vehicle. Both of them were wearing their seatbelt and were not injured in the incident.

Thiegles was cited for driving with care required and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
