N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Regional Medical Center, Central Valley Health, and the Community Health Partners are assessing the area about health issues and concerns.
A survey is being circulated to learn the community’s concerns and understand perceptions and attitudes about the health of the area. From this effort, the organizations will collaborate and compare the new results with their assessment completed 3 years ago. They’re hoping this will set goals based on the priority areas determined in the area.
The deadline to complete the survey will be March 1st and they hope to have at least 400 surveys completed. To take the survey, click here.
