CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) After numerous tie breaking scenario’s the District 2 Boys Basketball Tournament has bracketed. Play will begin on Friday, Feb. 27th at the Fargo Civic Auditorium.
After tying the regular season with Fargo Oak Grove, Northern Cass was named the regular season’s top seed because of the head to head against Oak Grove. Knotted up a 4-2 after the end of the D2 regular season Central Cass was named the three seed in the league because of their win over 4-2, Enderlin.
With Richland, Maple Valley and Kindred all tied at 1-5 at the end of the year, the tie breaker went to the power point formula. That placed Richland as the five seed, Maple Valley as the six and Kindred as the final seed.

Northern Cass receives bye into Semifinals
