(NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Hi-Liner Wrestling team wrapped up the weekend at state on a strong note. At 220 pounds, Valley’s Jordan Magnuson was the state runner up after losing the Championship in sudden victory 5-3 to West Fargo’s Brandon Metz.
The Hi-Liners sent 15 wrestlers to the state tournament, and while Magnuson was the only wrestler to qualify for the Championship it was a strong tournament for all those who sported the Hi-Liner blue.
