N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two Rivers Activity Center, also referred to as TRAC, got its start in 2008 and depending on voter’s approval, could see construction start this summer.
The inclusive community project would be located North of Gussner Elementary School on 5th Street Northeast and would include an aquatics center, group fitness activity rooms, multi-use courts, walking and jogging track, and locker rooms in the first phase.
The new Center would create jobs in the community and will cost roughly $40 million to build. A meeting is being held at the North Dakota Farmers Union state office tonight at 7pm for the community to discuss the project and its effect on the community. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting.
