N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The 7th annual Citizenship in Action event took place in Bismarck February 15th and 16th.

The event is sponsored by the NDSU Extension Center for 4-H Youth Development and the North Dakota 4-H Foundation. The event allows youth to experience political process at the state level. Alex Irlmeier and Ceph Dockter are two Stutsman County 4-H members that attended the event. They met Governor Jack Dalyrmple, learned how the state executive branch works, and shared ideas on how to better impact the community.

Stutsman teamed up with Foster County delegates for the event.
