N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A LaMoure County native has been selected as the Fargo Police Department’s Officer of the Year.

Officer Travis Moser was honored with the peer chosen award for always approaching work with a positive attitude and constantly trying to improve the team around him. He is a member of the SWAT team and serves on the department’s Street Crimes Unit. Some of Moser’s duties included the PTO program and Firearms and Tactical Instruction. He is also attributed with actively engaging his fellow officers.

Travis is the son of Bob and Crystal Moser of Edgeley, North Dakota.
