ND  (NewsDakota.com)  After 19 days off for Christmas break and a postponed game at No. 6 Lakota/Edmore, the Cards were back in action earlier this week at home against fellow District 5 team Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier on Tuesday night.  Carrington won 54-40 and improved to 2-0 in the district and 8-0 overall, EKM drops to 1-1 in the district and 5-6 overall.

Lynzee Hagemeister put up four 3-pointers and 16 total points to help the Cards secure the victory.  Brooke Rosenau added 12 points and Kauri Hochhalter had 11.  Olivia Anderson of the Rebels had a game high 20 points.
