CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) More than ,000 dollars was raised during the 2014 Red Kettle Campaign in Barnes County. Co-event coordinator Lee Isensee thanked everyone for their generous donations and those who volunteered to ring the bell.

Co-event coordinator Joe Lunde praised those who gave generously again this year. He says the money will go a long way in helping those in need.

In 2013, the Red Kettle campaign raised more than $58,000 in Barnes County, this year $70,741.01 was collected during the annual bell ringing campaign.
