(NewsDakota.com) The Oakes Community Choir will be performing their annual Christmas Cantata Sunday, December 21 at the First Presbyterian Church in Oakes.

Members from a total of six churches in the Oakes area will be performing the cantata entitled “Canticles By Candlelight” by Joseph Martin at 4:30 p.m. The event will feature a performance by a community bell choir at 4 p.m.

A supper will follow the 45 minute cantata, and admission is free.
