 CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 28th Annual Christmas in the Valley Parade of Lights was held on December 5 in Valley City. The region was blessed with nice weather this year with temperatures in the 20’s. Here are a few highlights from the 2014 Christmas Parade of Lights down Central Avenue in Valley City.
