N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Ellendale will be removing a building adjacent to US 281 and Main Street in Ellendale on November 22nd and 23rd.

According to the NDDOT, Southbound US 281 traffic will be detoured onto the local street network during the weekend to accommodate the removal. Northbound traffic will proceed as usual. A marked detour will be in place for traffic control.

Make plans if you plan on traveling on US 281. Southbound trucks with multiple trailers may have difficulty negotiating local streets and should consider alternate routes.
